Ryan is the Chief of Staff at Perry Law. Ryan works with Perry Law’s leadership team to run the firm’s day-to-day operations, spearhead strategic initiatives, drive business development, and cultivate media partnerships. He is dedicated to developing and implementing innovative strategies that accelerate growth, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring the firm’s services effectively meet client needs.

Prior to joining Perry Law, Ryan supported the energy practice at a major international law firm, served as the Director of Operations for the DNC’s Voter Protection Team, and was the National State Operations Coordinator on President Joe Biden’s 2020 Campaign.

Ryan holds a B.A., magna cum laude, in History from the University of New Hampshire, as well as an MSc in Economic and Social History from the University of Oxford, Wolfson College.
