Lilly Ann Sanchez is a former federal prosecutor and preeminent trial attorney with over three decades of experience. As the founder of LS Law Firm, she specializes in white collar criminal defense work.

Lilly is the founder and a shareholder of LS Law Firm. Prior to founding the LS Law Firm, she was Chair of Fowler White Burnett’s White Collar Criminal Defense Group. Lilly frequently represents individuals in high-profile matters and has significant experience handling a myriad of white collar offenses including securities fraud, money laundering, antitrust violations, public corruption, and health care fraud.

Drawing from her extensive tenure in the public sector, Lilly brings a wealth of trial law and administrative acumen to her practice. Her insights into trial strategy and negotiation tactics are invaluable assets, cultivated through her roles as Deputy Chief of the Major Crimes Section of the United States Attorney’s Office in Miami and Assistant U.S. Attorney for the United States Attorney’s Office of the Southern District of Florida and the District of Columbia.

Lilly’s unique perspective, derived from her experience as both a federal prosecutor and defense attorney, enables her to adeptly navigate the complexities of the legal landscape. Currently serving as vice chair of the Florida Judicial Nominating Commission of the Third District Court of Appeal and a member of the Florida Bar’s federal courts practices committee, Lilly remains committed to upholding the highest standards of legal excellence. Lilly is also deeply engrained in the South Florida legal community and is a longtime member of the National Hispanic Bar Association, the Cuban American Bar Association, the Legal Services of Greater Miami INC., the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Data County Bar Association, and the Federal Bar Association.

Lilly holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. from the University of Miami.
