About

Brittany has worked on complex civil cases in both state and federal courts across the country. Her experience covers a range of issues, including breach of contract, fraud, and mass torts. Brittany has also experience in white collar defense, criminal law, and immigration law. Her work has involved managing a factual investigation in a criminal law matter, which included document requests from various government entities and witness interviews.

In addition to her case work, Brittany is passionate about empowering people to advocate for themselves. Prior to working at Perry Law, Brittany taught English to migrants in Boston and debate to inmates in upstate New York. She also founded and directed a debate program at Ton Duc Thang University in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, where debate was used as a vehicle to teach English.

While in law school, Brittany was a Research Assistant to Professor Scott Brewer regarding his Logocratic Method, a systematic approach to evaluating the strength of arguments. She served as a legal intern at the Unrepresented Nations and Peoples Organization based in Brussels, where she drafted reports for the U.N.’s Special Rapporteurs about the right to health and election irregularities in Ethiopia. Brittany holds a B.S. from Cornell University, where she graduated in the top one percent of her class as a Merrill Presidential Scholar, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
