Perry Law is proud to announce that Joshua Stanton, Krista Oehlke, and Alexander Nocks have been admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
Joshua is an accomplished trial and appellate lawyer with a track record of success in even the most difficult of cases. Prior to Perry Law, Josh served as a clinical professor and co-director of the schools’ Criminal Practice Clinic, where he authored multiple amicus briefs and represented numerous defendants charged with felony offenses.
Krista is a third-year associate who has been with the firm since November 13, 2023. Krista has significant experience in matters related to administrative, constitutional, and civil rights law. Prior to Perry Law, Krista served as a fellow at the ACLU of Massachusetts, where she represented clients in federal cases addressing a range of constitutional and statutory violations. She holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from Dartmouth College.
Xander is a second-year associate who has been with the firm since June 1, 2023. Alexander brings experience in a wide range of legal issues, including breach of contract, fraud, statutory interpretation, administrative law, voting rights, and civil rights. He holds a J.D. from Yale Law School and a B.A., summa cum laude, from William & Mary.
