Victoria (“Torie”) Feldman represents clients in white collar and regulator enforcement actions, including defending against criminal prosecutions, conducting internal investigations, and facilitating cooperation with government regulators. Notable representations include a wire fraud investigation on behalf of an elite university, a successful negotiation to insulate a senior executive from an enforcement action against his employer, and the resolution of a federal investigation concerning an international financial institution’s consumer sales practices successfully avoiding any enforcement action.

Torie maintains an active pro bono practice and is passionate about criminal justice reform. She has represented prisoners serving mandatory minimum sentences for non-violent crimes in connection with motions for sentence reduction, resulting in the immediate release of multiple clients.

Prior to joining Perry Law, Torie was an associate at a highly-ranked international law firm. She holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Columbia Law School.
