Reflecting on challenges that led to the founding of Perry Law, Danya says, “My entire career, I’ve been trying to overcome these gender stereotypes that you can’t have it all. I did not have a lot of role models when I was coming up as a young attorney for working moms who also were powerful lawyers, or certainly trial lawyers. So I’m trying to model that for my kids but also for the staff and the associates we have here.”
