Perry Law is delighted to announce that Joshua Kolb has joined our fast-growing firm as an associate. Joshua has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of complex civil and criminal cases. His experience includes successfully advocating for the victims of sex trafficking, class action lawsuits, securities litigation, contractual disputes, defamation, and copyright law.
Joshua has a strong commitment to upholding democracy and the integrity of elections through legal advocacy and representation; he has written widely on emergent democratic accountability and constitutional issues. He has also maintained a robust pro bono practice, representing indigent criminal defendants.
Prior to joining Perry Law, Joshua was an associate at a top international law firm and served as a law clerk on the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee. He received a B.A. with honors from Columbia University, an MPhil from the University of Cambridge, and a J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
